Privacy policy

Last updated 29 September 2026

N.A.T Media operates a creator–brand campaign platform. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how Nigerian users can exercise their rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

Who to contact

Questions, access requests, and deletion requests go to ops@nat.media.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, email, and authentication identifiers from our sign-in provider.
  • Creator profiles: niche, social handles, rate card, and portfolio or pitch-video URLs you submit.
  • Campaign records: offers, contracts, deliverable submissions, verification status, and payout status.
  • Brand workspace details needed to run a campaign (brief, budget, approvals).

How we use it

We use this data to operate the platform: authenticating users, vetting creators, matching campaigns, clearing ARCON requirements, holding campaign funds until verified delivery, and paying creators. We do not sell personal data.

NDPR and security

Creator data is handled and encrypted under NDPR. Access is limited to people who need it to run a campaign or support the account. Hosting, authentication, file storage, and payment processors act as service providers under contract.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for a live campaign, payment, or legal obligation. Email ops@nat.media.
