These terms cover use of the N.A.T Media platform by creators, brands, and operators. By creating an account you agree to them. For questions, write to ops@nat.media.
Accounts and vetting
Creators join by invitation or application. Every creator is vetted before joining the roster. We may refuse, pause, or remove an account that fails vetting, misrepresents identity, or breaches a campaign contract.
Campaigns, ARCON, and going live
Campaigns do not go live until ARCON requirements are cleared on the platform. Brands are responsible for campaign briefs and claims in their advertising; we operate the workflow that keeps unapproved influencer ads from publishing through N.A.T.
Escrow and payouts
Brand funds are secured before work starts. Money releases on verified delivery. If a creator does not deliver, that creator is replaced or that portion is refunded. Once a deliverable is verified, creator payout is due within 5 days.
Fees
It costs creators ₦0 to join. We earn from the brand side. Creators keep the fee agreed on the campaign offer and contract.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the platform to run campaigns that bypass ARCON or payment protection. We may suspend access to protect users and campaign funds.
